Shipping Policy

  • Local pickup is only available within Edmonton, AB.
  • All in stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. If you require immediate next day shipping please get in touch prior to purchase
  • All pre-order items will be shipped approximately 4-6  weeks depending on order volume.
  • Once an item leaves us and is shipped we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • All shipping within Canada includes a tracking number and will confirm delivery so you will have to get in touch with your local delivery carrier if there is an issue. If there are any issues, please get in touch and hopefully we can help. Nested Services Inc. is currently not shipping outside Canada. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Express shipping is only available for in stock items. If you would like to upgrade to express shipping please send us a message and we will quote you accordingly.

Return Policy

Don’t love your order? No Problem.

Our main goal is that you as are happy with the piece as we are! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at and reference your order number in the subject line. We will be more than happy to exchange your item(s) for something that you will love.

  • No refunds
  • In the event of an exchange, the customer is required to cover return shipping cost of product(s) back to Nested Services Inc., as well as shipping cost of new product(s). Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
